What is the position:

Company is looking for a Product Analyst who will be part of the team trying to change the World! (More specifically, on providing the best user experience for a consumer in understanding and making meaningful decision while buying insurance products).

- Will be part of the product team which focus on insurance on-line platform products.

- Will be part of the product in rolling out new products & features.

- Will work across key functions in the company to gather, document specific feature requirements from internal functions/external partners & assist in enabling these requirements.

Who are you:

- 3+ years of experience in consumer internet product management. Experience working with developers, QA in shipping products.

- Work across teams (UX, UI, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirement, product design and placement.

- Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to lead teams

Product Mindset:

- Contribute to product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features

- Thinks & understands user flows, customer needs, and business needs

- Is obsessed about consumer friendly, simple, and clean design

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs

Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examplesthrough wire frames and mock ups

Business Mindset:

- Familiar with business settings and how organizations make design decisions
