Key Responsibilities :
- Analyzing trends related to traffic, engagement, and business delivery on the site (specific to products, pages and overall site)
- Working closely with the product team and supporting product/sales team with data, dashboards & analysis
- Coordinating with sales team / clients to get enterprise products requirements.
- Configuring enterprise products on internal Content Management System (CMS) and ensuring timely resolutions/responses
- Mailers operation: conceptualizing, getting them designed and sending them to various user sets
- Includes tracking and enhancing performance of mailers to ensure high open and click rates
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Should have a good understanding of Google Analytics
- Should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA preferable, not mandatory)
- Should be hands on at SQL
- Should have good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Should be able to multi-task, stick to timelines and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Should have experience in operations role
Education & Work Experience :
- 1-3 years of work experience is required
- Experience in product company preferred
- B.Tech (any specialization) is required
- Full-time MBA preferred
Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
