Competencies Required (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must have:

- Hands On working experience in the role of Business analyst for Banking & Financial Services domain

- Exposure to in Sales & Marketing, Operations and GRC Functions

- Hands On experience in developing Business and Application Requirements and Product Specifications

- Exposure to Banking Analytics and Digital Banking initiatives

Desirable

- Exposure to US, Europe and UK markets

- Experience in Banking & Financial Services Industry analysis

- Experience in developing Market Intelligence defining market conditions and target segments

- Experience in developing Product Feature Roadmaps

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

- Target market analysis to identify market trends, target customer segments, needs analysis and estimating market potential for Customer Intelligence & Insights solution for Banking & Financial Services (CI&I BFS)

- Provide thought leadership and domain expertise for product concepting, definition and validation

- Develop market and business requirements for CI&I BFS covering market needs, user needs, product differentiation, feature development and target use cases

- Work as a member of Product Management team to develop product roadmaps and prioritize product functions

- Validate product features with anchor customer requirements and market feedback from analysts

- Translate market requirements to detailed business requirements for software product development

- Provide inputs to product design teams to translate business requirements to product specifications

- Work with Product Design and Engineering teams to formulate Product Release Plans and Timelines
