Instructional Designer

Overview:

Prodapt is currently seeking a Instructional Designer to join our Enterprise/COTS team. This role entails developing, enhancing, and maintaining COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) products according to customer requirements. The position is available in any Prodapt location worldwide and will report directly to the Lead Designer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop Technical Training Materials:

- Utilize appropriate instructional design methodology and development tools to create technical training materials.

Select Effective Media Elements:

- Identify and incorporate various media elements such as video, graphics, audio, and animation to enhance student comprehension and interactivity.

Create Demos and Content:

- Generate demos and other content related to client products.

Assist in Course Evaluation Management:

- Collaborate in the development, management, and maintenance of course evaluations for education programs.

- Design new course evaluations as required to ensure effectiveness.
