Qualifications & Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in IT sales and operations leadership roles.

- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

- In-depth knowledge of IT products, services, staff augmentation and market trends.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
