Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.

- Proactively understand client needs and challenges, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.

- Foster open communication and build trust with key decision-makers.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development & Sales Growth:

- Analyze client needs and translate them into customized solutions that deliver value.

- Develop and present proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e. , product development, customer service) to ensure successful client engagement.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

- Track market trends and competitor activities within your assigned client segment.

- Develop insights to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Utilize data and information to inform strategic account management decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.

- Strong understanding of key account management principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships and manage high-level client expectations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
