- Manage day to day procurement processes - PR to PO conversion, asset creation & capitalization, drafting of contracts, price negotiation with the suppliers.
- Track through the entire P2P processes - Maintain track of delivery material/service, assist AP in resolution of issues related to vendor payments, quality and audits.
- Perform RFPs, RFQ & related sourcing activities for a low $ purchase of products/services if needed.
- Document and improve the procurement process, define metrics for review.
- Publish reports & MIS, Create a dashboard for top management.
- Resolving user queries (raised through Emails or Calls), or through the procurement tool.
Experience required:
- Thorough understanding of Procurement related technologies, ERP systems and eProcurement/eSourcing tools.
- Confidence and ability to demonstrate the value that professional procurement can deliver to the organization
- Self-starter, demonstrating initiative, ability to self - motivate, positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels within internal customers & supplier organizations
- Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Proactive customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a challenging fast-paced, and results driven team environment
