Procurement of E-waste - Scrap / Copper Recycling

Responsibilities:

- Build the supply chain for various types of raw material (mainly PCB and Catalytic convertor) which can be processed at new facility

- Candidate should have knowledge and experience in Vendor Development & Evaluation ,

- Procurement Cycle time, Networking, Fact Base Negotiation, Import Procurement, Technical Understanding of Components

- Should have financial Awareness and able to do Planning & Prioritization ,Execution Ability to Scope out plans, set goals, breakdown work into steps and set priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects

- Ability to Scope out plans, set goals, breakdown work into steps and set priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects

- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail. Develops clear and logical work schedule with appropriate and timely checks and deadlines; develops and run effective processes that strongly minimize risks of any errors or omissions.

- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures

- A knack for negotiation and networking

- Strong logical and writing skills: write with a logical structure and clear language

- Good interpersonal skills: Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others both internally and externally

- Highly ethical: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensures own behaviour and the behaviour of team members is consistent and aligns with the values of the organization

- Candidate should with 8 plus years of experience in Medium Size Manufacturing Industry (E- Waste)/Copper Recycling Industries

- MBA with supply chain experience would be preferred.
