Procurement Process Lead - (Manager Opening)

Job Location - Mumbai

Education - MBA from Premier B School / Mtech From IIT

Job Responsiblities

- Candidate should be having deep industry experience in public services in international domain.

- A minimum of 10+ years of consulting experience or deep Global sourcing-direct and indirect commodities, Transactional procurement and sourcing operations, Vendor Development and Supplier Relationship Management experience.

- Extensive experience in one or more of the following industries: Infrastructure, Oil & Gas,Human Services, Higher Education, Postal, Revenue & Customs, Government – Federal, State or local levels and Non-Profit.

- Should have 8 to 12 years work experience in analysis and design of new business process, identifying and defining detailed product requirements, knowledge of business process modeling, E-RFx and Spend Analyzer (ARIBA, Emptoris) tools, requirements gathering through client workshops.

- Extensive business analysis experience, including knowledge of Low Cost Country Sourcing. Demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of Procurement (Category Strategy Development, Procurement Strategy)

- Should have experience in managing teams of 10-15 people on a big transformation project.

- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.

- Experience working with “C” level executive clients and government officials

- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.

- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus.

- Travel - Ability to accommodate global travel – 60% - 70% or more
