Procurement Manager - Sourcing

Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budget constraints.

- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Supplier Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve the best possible value for the company.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to contracts and quality standards.

Process Management:

- Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Implement streamlined procurement workflows to optimize efficiency and timely delivery.

Reporting & Communication:

- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management on cost savings, supplier performance, and process improvements.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (preferred).

- Knowledge of industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
