Procurement Manager - Service
Primary Responsibility:
- Controlling and reducing overall facility management / third party service cost
- Sourcing and engaging reliable service partners (canteen / labour supply / job work / security)
- Negotiating with service partners to secure advantageous terms
- Preparing and reviewing existing service contracts / AMCs with vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors
- Organizing and ensuring delivery of high-quality services on time
- Performing risk assessments on potential service contracts / AMCs and agreements
- Preparing yearly budgets and MIS reports for all types of services hired
- Delegate tasks and monitor the service-related procurement activities
Qualification : Minimum Graduate in any stream. BA/PG in Human Resource Management(preferable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in English language spoken & Written
- Experienced in using SAP
