Job Title - Manager - Procurement - S&M
Department/SBU - Sales

Reporting to Head - Sales
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to route all the purchases through a Procurement Head to get savings in all Sales, Marketing and CRM related procurements. The concerned individual should also work with Business IT to develop automation for vendors selection, PO process, Material Handling and Payment Clearance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
1. Make a list of all the materials to be procured and classify them into A, B and C class inventory items
2. Should be proficient in procuring all Marketing Collateral like, Brochures, Digital Videos and Renders, Stationary, Outdoor, Print Media, Communication tools, automation tools, Signages, BillBoards etc.
3. Make the inventory procurement plan to optimize the costs and savings
4. Develop a strong list of vendors and work on the best terms for procurement
5. Relationship management with vendors to get the jobs done on time
6. Strict quality monitoring process and control
7. Material requisition, PO, indenting, receiving, transferring, stocking and inventory reconciling
8. Benchmarking competition and understanding comparison of cost, quality and efficiency
9. Understand new trends in the market and improvise, improve and innovate
10. Study the market, find the opportunities and develop product concepts, build Business Case and obtain approvals from different stakeholders.
11. Study competitive landscape to understand product offering, practices, policies and consumer pitch and use the learning to create the best business practices.
12. Work with cross functional teams to deliver the product offerings to the end users
13. Should be able to work with Consumer Centricity and be able to deliver ROI to stakeholders, channel partners and study the trends and emerging patterns.
14. Should possess good analytical skills and be able to read through the data and present the macro and micro views.
15. Should be able to lay practices during different phases of product life cycle and complete projects within scheduled timelines.
16. Draft entire end-to-end group level purchase process to identify key opportunities to negotiate basis economies of scale.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Educational Qualifications Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline
- Experience in procurement of Marketing material in any Industry.
- Key Competencies: - Negotiations, Analytical Skills, Pricing Skills, Excellent communication skills, Inter-personal skills, Proactive, Business and Financial Acumen, high on Integrity and speed of response.
