Job Summary:


- We are actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Procurement Manager to play a key role in advancing our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. With a solid background of 8-12 years in procurement, you will spearhead strategic sourcing efforts, while strategically integrating and championing D&I and ESG practices within our procurement function. Responsibilities:


- Strategic Sourcing: Manage strategic sourcing requirements, particularly in IT, Non-IT, and HR-related categories. D&I and ESG Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and refine D&I and ESG strategies within the procurement department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align these strategies with overall company objectives. Supplier Diversity: Identify and foster relationships with diverse suppliers, including minority-owned, women-owned, and LGBTQ-owned businesses. Establish and monitor supplier diversity goals and performance metrics.


- Sustainable Procurement: Lead initiatives to integrate sustainable and ethical practices into the procurement process, considering environmental and social factors. Evaluate suppliers based on ESG criteria, working towards enhancing sustainability within the supply chain. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to promote awareness and garner support for D&I and ESG initiatives.


- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to D&I and ESG initiatives, providing regular reports and performance updates to company leadership. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and sustainability in procurement practices. Stay abreast of industry best practices and evolving D&I and ESG trends.


Qualifications:


- 13-15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields. Proven experience in leading D&I and ESG initiatives within a corporate environment. Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion concepts, sustainability, and ESG principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


- Data-driven and proficient in analyzing and interpreting procurement-related metrics. Familiarity with relevant regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 26000, etc.). Bachelor's degree in a related field; a relevant advanced degree or certification is a plus.
