Procurement Manager - CAPEX & MRO Sourcing - Threads & Zips Business

Responsibilities: -

- To bring a country (GTSI/CI) / cluster approach to procurement of various indirect categories and also improve the Compliances. Besides, there is an urgent need to digitalise, automate and improve efficiency / productivity.

- Source Capex & MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operations), Freight (domestic road, air, courier, Custom House Agent services) Carrying & Forwarding Agency Services, Rentals of Office & WH / Depot Spaces, Security Services, manpower Supply Contract Services, Facilities Management Services and manage a team of ~ 15 spread across Bangalore, Madurai, Ambasamudaram and Panoli.

- The spend size would be ~ $ 25 Mio per annum

Ideal Candidate:

- Female B. Tech candidates in Mechanical /Electrical engineering with minimum 12 years' experience in Capex Sourcing & MRO related sourcing.

- The candidate should be well experienced in SAP MM Module.

- Experience to digitalise and automate the Procurement function and improve efficiency / productivity.

- Experienced in bringing in a country (GTSI/CI) / cluster approach to procurement of various indirect categories and also improve the Compliances

- Should have sound knowledge of e-auctions, Catalogue Buying, Supplier Performance Management, Contracts management.

- Should have good experience in logistics - freight - domestic, air courier, custom house agent services, C&F agency services, Rentals of Offices/Warehouse, manpower supply contract services, Facilities management services

- Experience working in a matrix organization will be preferred.

- Should be experienced enough to manage a team of 15+ members - stationed at 4 locations - 3 in Tamilnadu and one in Gujarat.

- Should be experienced enough to handle a money spend of USD 25 million/Annum

- Should be willing to work out Ambasamudaram or Madurai location in Tamilnadu.

- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
