1. Management of the overall procurement systems which will include the following:
1. Develop, lead and execute purchase strategies.
2. Identifying and removing potential barriers to success.
3. Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirement documentations.
4. Alternate procurement and vendor strategies for every possible item.
5. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
6. Define and monitor efficiency, effectiveness and success of the Procurement activities using adequate controlling tools which are measurable and repeatable.
7. Initiating a Sourcing Strategy in alignment with Global Procurement standards.
8. Ensuring the implementation and tracking of the achieved results.
9. Ownership for individual Procurement targets.
10.Align internal local decision makers through focused communication.
