Procurement Head/ Hub In Charge (Agro Commodity - Wheat Flour)

- Building Wheat availability equations and future price outlook to take short term and long term buying/pricing decisions strategically for the organisation.

- Interface with the Govt Agencies and Flour Milling Federations.

- Control procurement, warehousing, preservation and liquidation of wheat stocks.

- In addition to this, managing packaging material purchase for wheat and finished goods.

- Implement procurement strategy and policies, in the cash basis and futures markets.

- Create and implement KPI's for purchasing, and metrics to evaluate positions relative to markets..

- Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.

- Review all company contracts involving vendors and suppliers

- Develop and maintain a strategy to successfully document compliance with each contract.

- Develop plans and strategies to lower costs, improve timeliness of deliveries and assure supply.

- Liaison with Accounts Payable, Sales, Production, Management Information Systems, Distribution, and Senior Management with procurement strategies and cost reduction programs.

Qualification And Experience:

i. Minimum 5 Plus year experience in Sourcing of commodity Wheat Flour

ii. Should Have a strong miller network (Both Modern Trade and General Trade focused Millers

iii. which can be onboarded on Co's Platform)

iv. Should be able to analyze and formulate the product specifications as per the market/city

v. Strategic management experience in implementation and delivery achieved.

vi. Ability to build partnerships with business leaders.

vii. Hands-on attitude with a high personal motivation to succeed.

viii. Have good communication skills.

ix. Possess good negotiation and analytical skills.

x. Be focused and results oriented.

xi. Have good interpersonal skills.
