Procurement Analyst - FP&A - Mfg/Tyres

Company: A premier tire and rubber company with a legacy of producing world class tire which is behind some of your favorite auto racing events.

Job Description:

- Report directly to the Procurement Operations Head and Head IT

- Provide quality reports and analysis leading to correct strategic and tactical decisions.

Responsibilities: You WILL HAVE TO :

- Work as an individual contributor in the financial planning & analysis team of the procurement department.

- Lead financial analysis estimating performance reporting

- Lead development of senior management reporting packages

- Support development of the Procurement finance strategy

- Lead finance systems and process improvement within Procurement

- Work on forecasting the cost of inventory

- Work on the reconciliations of inventory

- Give monthly presentations to India leadership team

- Be ready to work on strict deadlines

- Interact with the factory professionals to get necessary data on a monthly basis

- Be a team player, collaborate with seniors & juniors

Background: You MUST be:

- An MBA in Finance/ Cost Accountant

CA background and previous experience in Tire Industry would be ideal. Process industry, chemical industry, manufacturing company can be considered.

Toolkit: You MUST be EXTREMELY STRONG in:

- MS Excel

- MS PPT

- SAP

Skills: You SHOULD

- Have extremely good understanding of financial analysis, planning, budgeting, cost & variance analysis

- Be a mature professional who doesn't get buckled by deadlines

- Have very good presentation & communication skills
