Where and what you will be doing:
- Business Telecom Products, Inc. (BTPI) is a 31-year-old service-oriented headset supplier in the B2B market.
- We are the ONLY supplier in this category that has in-house staff to provide troubleshooting and warranty fulfilment service for the headsets (Plantronics/Jabra) we sell.
- We are looking for 5-10 years experienced sales specialist with the hunter mentality that will work directly with the owners of the company to break into new accounts.
- This will be a graveyard shift from India targeting SMB (Small and Mid-Market Businesses) in USA
- If you have experience in the Telecom end-point industry (Cisco/Avaya/Mitel phones or Plantronics/Jabra headsets), you will have a head-start for this opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable with technical knowledge.
- Selling enterprise headsets not only requires the thorough knowledge of headsets themselves; but also, the understanding of the eco-system (desk phones, soft phones, Windows settings).
- Our target customers are using headsets for doing their jobs.
- Understanding customer's phone systems (8x8, RingCentral, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel), and becoming their trusted advisor as which headsets are suited for their workflows is of utmost importance.
- Strategic thinker: Understand BTPI's core values and come up with effective strategy (what to say, when to say, whom to target) and follow-through with a plan (30-day, 60-day, 90-day).
- Strong willed individual who does not take NO for an answer and is aggressively ramping up to meet the quota.
- Has enough fluency in English to communicate with the USA residents.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Creates and adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of opportunities.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual progress reports.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Provides constructive feedback; however, does not use it to justify lack of progress on sales.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- The job requires to work during Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Time (Graveyard shift in India).

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Any Degree from reputed institute/University with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration, Ecommerce or Information Technology preferred
- Must have five plus years of industry sales experience in International Market mainly USA
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
