As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base in existing and new markets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate new leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Responsible for online sales of Process9 products & services to Indian markets.

- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in strategic and consultative conversations to understand their business needs.

- Conduct product demonstrations and/or presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our product & services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and make recommendations for sales strategies.

- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and executives, to ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to delivery teams.

- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in inside sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.

- Understanding and experience selling technology solutions to Indian market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Office Suites (Excel, Word/Docs, Powerpoint/Slides)
