Required Experience and Qualifications :
1. Design and develop process flow charts and take care/maintain of all the SMSC center specific process documents.
2. Service definition and delivery support.
3. Understand how the process works, what are the resources required in the process, duration of the process and what is the outcome of the process.
4. Deep dive into each aspect of the process to identify problems or errors. Undertake data gathering and root cause analysis exercises.
5. Work with peers to come up with possible solutions to solve the problems.
6. Monitor the process at every stage.
7. Support the local/global implementation leads in development and execution of implementations to the field
8. Design customer reports on the quality
9. Be aware of the latest technological breakthrough that could be implemented in the existing process.
10. Partially project manage new service deployments and new customer onboarding processes
11. Management of small to medium-sized projects (build, maintain and manage project plan including but not limited to tasks, risks, key milestones, deliverables, reporting, and schedule).
12. Conducting new resource onboarding
13. Managing On the Job Training
14. Does Training Need Analysis and prepare training programs for operation and manage end to end delivery
15. Effective training resource management
