Summary: Responsible for:
- Monitoring and responding to incoming client service Tickets
- Performing research, analysis and processing of transactions
- Quality checking transactions of peers and more junior staff within one or more functional areas (Participant Transactions, Fees Billing, Correspondence, Reconciliation, Plan Conversions/Maintenance, Compliance, Reporting, or other plan/participant transactions area).
Primary Accountabilities:
- Manage and load balance incoming daily transaction requests and AR tickets. Prioritize and complete all applicable processing in accordance with departmental, corporate and regulatory practices and requirements.
- Monitor reports (e.g., control reports, gain/loss, suspense accounts, tax form research, etc.) and perform required corrections, clearing, and reconciliation.
- Research/resolve unique, complex and escalated transaction problems.
- Mentor and perform on the job training for process administrators.
- Communicate with internal and external clients both written and verbal
Minimum Qualification:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field, or 2 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services industry required
- Prior Process Administrator experience or 1 year in a related position
- Demonstrated decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and prioritize work
- Working knowledge of MS Office including ability to write formulas and format spreadsheets to complete work
- Strong oral & written communication, organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal customers
- Demonstrated leadership ability
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Shifts will be determined and scheduled based on business need as part of a global team providing 24x7 support to its customers
- Normal Office Working Conditions
- This position frequently requires periodic and mandatory (usually unscheduled) overtime as all work items must be processed same-day
