Process Re-Engineering Manager - eCommerce

Process Re-Engineering Manager - Leading eCommerce client in Bangalore.

Reports to CEO

- Manages a team of 7

- Would be responsible for setting up mechanisms / process to monitor business processes and identify Compliance deviations.

- Responsible for ensuring investigations and appropriate action.

- Will collaborate with the CEO & Senior Management team to establish process guardrails and simultaneously work with product managers to establish scalable product guardrails.

- Design and implement new audit mechanisms and ensure continuations of current audit processes to determine compliance to defined processes

- Ensure process standardization by defining and implementing SOPs for various processes and implement a controlled process change mechanism.

Desired Profile:

- 6 yrs of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a similar Program / Project / Product Management role.

- Strong process definition and optimization skills

- Experience in Process Improvement & Automation (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Management)

- SQL / Advanced Excel
