Process Mgmt/Business Excellence - BFSI

Currently working on an opening for a position in Business Excellence for a leading finance organisation.

- Ensure quality assurance through process review, process improvement, process standardization, and sop documentation for various processes.

- Ensure SOP documentation across the company and maintain and review centralized repository of standard operating processes.

- Carryout process monitoring, improvement and identification of risk and their mitigations plan using standard frameworks on various assigned projects.

- Collate Process Quality Score, Root Cause Analysis & Improvements around on a regular basis.

- Carryout existing process study, identify automation requirements and design new process.

- Maintain central repository all standard operating process documents for all functions across the company.

Candidates from Banking and Insurance background will be preferred.
