Position Title : Process Manager - Ops Excellence

Job Role : Process Manager - Ops Excellence
Reporting to : Lead - Ops Excellence
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose :
- To conceptualize, drive and govern strategic initiatives for the Core Operations Department
Key Responsibilities :
- To ensure commission process adherence and initiatives taken to help reduce Solvo queries
- To improve process which can help to increase distributor experience and NSP score.
- To track and manage critical project delivery.
- To conduct audits and make sure controls are implemented.
- To conduct data analysis in order to provide operational insights
- To facilitate problem solving and priority closures by acting as a bridge between Sales and Operations teams
- To establish a governance structure involving 'smart reviews' between HOD and Function Heads
- To be responsible for competition benchmarking on best practices and innovations.
- To Identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat (Mitigate) the business & information security risks for ensuring business continuity & also protect the information assets by adhering to the company IT Security policies

Job Requirements :
Qualifications - Postgraduate (MBA) from Tier-I B-schools within India
Experience - 2 years of industry experience

- Microsoft Excel (VBA is an added advantage)

- To Ensure weekly governance and update on the project tracking and update to the different Stakeholders
