Key Priorities:
Service Delivery:
- Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.
- Should ensure Customer satisfaction & Operational excellence
- Function as point of escalation for all delivery issues
- Build and manage excellent business relationships with internal/external customer groups, peers and senior management
- Ensure training & developmental plan for all the team members
- Ensure ‘zero liability’ delivery through robust process controls
- Work with Risk Management team for audit and compliance
- Participate in Operations Reviews with senior management
Transitions (In collaboration with the Project Management Office):
- Evaluation and prioritization of business processes for offshore service delivery
- Establishing an Utility based operating model to deliver best in class in scope services
- Interface with client teams to evolve a suitable transition approach
- Oversee knowledge transfer
- Manage the relationship with the client business heads
Transformation:
- Innovate and Improvise on processes with hard targets for process improvements
- Evaluate process changes feasibility and work closely with the client to implement changes
- Driving Quality initiatives including Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.
- Work with the PMO for generation, evaluation and implementation of big ticket ideas
- Main Focus / Purpose of Role: Finance and Accounts Service delivery management with a focus on enhancing process and control effectiveness, client satisfaction score and overall delivery efficiency
- Conceptualizing and implementing business plans in tandem with the vision of the business unit and the organization.
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Preferably 5-7 years of post qualification experience
- Managing diverse teams in a shared services centre set-up, especially in the General Ledger area. Exposure in transitions, understanding business faced SLAs is a must.
