Process lead Service Delivery - Operations

Looking for Profiles with MBA degree or PG in SCM/ Logistics/Operations mgmt with 12-14 years exp for purely delivery or execution role for processes or transactions based background from Industries like Shipping/ Logistics/ CFA (Clearing & freight forwarding Agencies) /BPOs or KPOs of BFSI mainly dealing with backoffice, backend transactions. Candidates from the mentioned domain having backoffice or front office execution role can also apply

Location base is Navi Mumbai

- Incumbent should have experience in managing large delivery organizations with excellent skills in the areas of communication, organizational, Strong Process and people leadership, Conflict resolution & Change management

- He/She should have the ability to manage cross cultural organization and be able to forge strong relationship and partnership with senior level stakeholders.

- Good understanding of PEX and Six sigma methods, process execution / transformation / BPM or BPR

- Be able to sustain energy and optimism in a rapidly changing organization

- Exposure and knowledge of Business Continuity process (BCP)

- Transformation mindset in a highly challenging and pressure driven organizations

- Strategic and business supportive mindset

Thorough understanding of Liner Business Operation Process (Marine & Landside) including technology interface would be most welcome to apply
