Position - IT Compliance Process Lead
Location - Manesar (20 Km ahead from Gurgaon)
Experience - 8 to 14 Yrs
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- You may create, improve and evaluate information technology processes and solutions for IT Compliance, with a bias toward standardization, but also the creativity and willingness to integrate innovative approaches to solving problems.
Detailed accountabilities : COBIT 5 process area owner :
- Manage Operations process area and Manage Security Services process area
- Periodic SOPs review and updates, integration of Security standards in the SOPs, review of Sub-SOPs with IT teams
- Finding/Issues management: from creation to closure
- Drives the yearly SoX walkthroughs preparation
- Review of SaaS vendors user access management controls and procedures (SSAE-16)
- Manages the lifecycle of RAs associated with owned controls
- Reviews the yearly IT user attestation process executed by the IT teams
- Drive operationalization of owned controls for projects/changes
- Identifies and promotes process improvement opportunities
- Key Business Flow lead GxPo
- Maintain understanding of the Integrated Control Matrix
- Ensures IT controls meet GxP requirements
- Maintain Scope of GxP IT environment
- Stays updated with GxP regulatory requirements
- IT coordinator of GxP audits globally Monthly Monitoring control and IT Operational Testing process owner
- Reviews scope with IT Teams
- Reviews test results documentation
- Reviews tests results and reach alignment with IT teams
- Ensures test results are documented and findings/issues are managed CIO Dashboard Monthly Metrics reporting
- Collect metrics from IT
- Compile metrics in the CIO Dashboard format
- Reviews metrics with the Senior Director of ISRM Software License audit coordinator
- Single Point of contact with external auditors
- Drive audits from start to closure
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent, Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required.
- Be able to take a leadership role in managing/driving to resolution job related issues and clearly communicate problems and severity.
- Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and proven judgment and prioritization abilities: autonomously drives to resolution
- Understands and stays updated with industry best practices, selectively promotes adoption and foster a culture of speed, accountability and innovation
- Demonstrates risk based approach: maximizes the results/efforts ratio and qualifies the associated risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to break down technical jargon into user-friendly language
- Must be able to communicate effectively and establish teamwork with technical IT teams, as well as Internal Business Partners and Senior Managers
Preferred: Knowledge of COBIT5, UCF or other compliance frameworks
Work experience in the areas of ownership
