Job Description :

Purpose of the job :

The Process Insight Lead is a Subject Matter expert of a functional area (Service Delivery Unit) in organisation and as such, a trusted advisor of the SDU leads and Transformation Managers when it comes to automation and process improvements. With the support of process mining tool and data analytics, the Process Insight Lead is able to identify inefficiencies and deviations from the standard processes, and suggest improvements in the processes and tools used.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility :

- Monitor and examine trends in process performance with the help of a process mining tool and report process performance issues and improvements appropriately

- Combine available information from process mining and data mining and identify opportunities for process automation and process improvements

- Reduce variations in the process by analyzing deviations from the standard process and enforcing the adherence to the standard process via strong collaboration with the SDU leads

- Collaborate with the Transformation leads and the Performance managers to improve the processes

- Provide process expertise in global projects

- Develop and maintain the process performance framework within organisation

- Review the impact and risks of needed and proposed changes of organisation processes and tooling and involve risk management if needed

- Ensure process knowledge is identified, created, maintained and published and reviewed frequently

- Act as focal point for questions related to processes and tools within the SDU(s) of responsibility and provide support whenever needed

- Maintain a good working relationship with the tool suppliers and act as first contact for them

- Ensure business requirements are being met from an end-to-end perspective

- Challenge local processes and guide the change towards a global standardized way of working

- Follows relevant external developments, maintain state of the art knowledge and capabilities and make them available to relevant stakeholders

- Conducts external peer reviews and benchmarking studies

- Collaborates with the various stakeholders to understand the organisation dynamics and requirements for the future

Knowledge and educational level :

- Master degree

- PMP essential certified

- Lean Six Sigma green belt certfied

- Trained in data analytics and process performance management

- Bachelor/Master Degree

- Prefer to have any analytics certification

Knowledge & Skills :

- Prefer to have any analytics certification

- 8 + Years' experience in Data Analytics expert background with Shared Services environment

- End to End Process understanding to any of P2P/O2C/H2R/R2R process

Confidential :

- Deep Knowledge of Process Mining specially Celonis - Must - atleast 2 + Years relevant exp

- Strong understanding of Celonis Technical Data Model and analysis building knowledge

- Action Engine and Automation Setup

- Well experienced in celonis data model setup and configuration

- Sound knowledge of Celonis python programming, variables and formula creations

- Knowledge of Cloud platform

- Knowledge of multiple data source integration including cross platform

- Deep Knowledge of SAP business flow and should have at least 3 years' experience in SAP

- Strong understanding of SAP Integration
