Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :
- Work as an internal consultant and drive continuous process improvement and implementation
- Responsible for process review, benchmarking and recommend process changes to optimize performance
- Act as a change leader, drive process implementation and change management
- Liaison with different functional leaders and identify pain points for process review and improvement.
- Outline project plan for process implementation and change management. Drive its adherence until implemented.
- Responsible for training different SPOCs for process changes.
- Review performance post process implementation.
Skillset required :
- Should have experience working with organization during its growth stage.
- Experience in change management , process improvement and implementation
- Should be comfortable leading discussions and reviews with top management
- Should have worked and lead in cross functional roles in the past
- Black/Green belt in six sigma, PMP certification are desirable
- MBA desirable
