Job Summary:
I am looking for a talented HR Generalist. The position will have the opportunity to work as a HR business partner and Employee Relations Manager for the assigned groups, with a key focus on Planning, Fostering Performance-Driven Culture, Improving Talent Engagement & Retention and improving HR matrices
Major Accountabilities:
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, employee experience and calculate ROI on HR initiatives
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
- Recommend and implement new approaches that in turn will impact continual improvements in our people practices, employee engagement, and employee productivity.
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the Performance Management Systems, including a succession plan
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
Qualification & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years- relevant experience in HR business partnering, HR Operations and Employee Relations in an MNC
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR to handle complex projects and stakeholders- engagement: Business Partnering, Change Agent, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Rewards.
- Any certifications in HR or related field (preferred)
