Job Summary :

- IGSS is seeking highly skilled and experienced Process Experts to join our dynamic team in Chennai.


- The ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in either liabilities or assets.


- This role requires individuals who are adept at streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


- The Process Experts will be pivotal in driving our operational excellence and achieving our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Optimization :


- Analyze existing financial processes related to liabilities or assets, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Regulatory Compliance :


- Ensure that all financial processes are compliant with current regulations and industry standards.


- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and adapt processes accordingly.

Risk Management :


- Identify potential risks within financial processes and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the integrity of financial operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration :


- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.

Training and Development :


- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in financial processes, ensuring a high level of expertise within the team.

Reporting :


- Prepare and present detailed reports on process performance, improvements, and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements Qualifications :

Education :


- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

Experience :


- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial process management, with a focus on either liabilities or assets.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in process optimization and risk management.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
