Process Excellence Role - Banking Captive

1) Candidates should have experience in change management, process optimization/process re-engineering

2) Prior financial services experience is desirable.

3) Role is to handle Process mapping, process improvement and operational change skills.

4) Role is to manage Re-engineer processes to ensure that client needs are met and efficient processes are in place.

5) Evaluate existing business and operational flows and define the As-Is process models and To-Be process models for business process re-engineering initiatives, demonstrating commitment to the company's vision and business strategies/objectives.
