Shifts - 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Location - Noida

Profile:

- Supports the supervision and execution of transformation initiatives.

- Contributes to the identification of critical business issues, areas of improvement, and to the establishment transformation plans and teams.

- Supports the development of clear detailed scope, desired outcomes, accurate and realistic cost benefits analyses, and decision-making for specific transformation projects

- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports

- Actively participates in and take ownership of deliverables related to the operations assessments.

Skills Required:

- Strong business process transformation understanding

- Process re-engineering exposure, work-flow mapping

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and Share Point

Educational Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed educational institute

- Excellent Academic track record
