Process Excellence - PEX for Pune Location

A Black belt certified or trained with over all 6 -10 years with 1 to 2 years of Post Blackbelt certification or 2 to 4 years of post GreenBelt certification.

- Engineering or Management graduate, preferably with a strong technical background /aptitude to facilitate the understanding of how Process Excellence can be used to meet specific business needs

- Experience from a similar position in a BPO and manufacturing entity

- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles while ensuring benefits are realized

- Visionary, innovative and dynamic

- Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure

- High analytical / problem-solving skills

Exceptional understanding of the Lean/Six Sigma toolbox / Kaizen Belt training

- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact and pilot the stated processes and frameworks

- Ability to coach and develop Team leaders and staff

- Ability to influence without authority

- Strong facilitation and coaching

- Ability to listen, observe and critically evaluate all parts of what (s)he does
