- S/he should have worked on Six Sigma methodologies.

- The Center of Excellence team lead will be responsible for delivering operating impact by improving business process, solving complex problems, and driving change within the organization. S/he will be responsible for ensuring alignment of COE initiatives with the organizations strategic initiatives and help implement a culture of continuous improvement through Leading by example and facilitating delivery of business impact / results.
