Purpose of the role:

The role of the Business Transformation Consultant is to analyse and improve business processes, drive change initiatives, and support organisational transformation.

Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain a set of standards for the Process Excellence Centre of Excellence (e.g., journey / process standards, tooling, and methodologies).

- Define and maintain a journey / process taxonomy covering the whole organisation.

- Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to document current processes, assess current performance, gather, and analyse performance data, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Capture improvement opportunities on a central backlog and agree prioritisation with the business.

- Develop and implement process improvement / transformation initiatives, including business process reengineering, organisational restructuring, and technology adoption.

- Documentand maintain the future state processes centrally in the Process Excellence CoE as per the agreed standards (e.g., activities, systems, SLAs, performance tracking metrics and process owners).

- Monitorand track the effectiveness of process transformation initiatives, ensuring they are implemented as designed and deliver the expected benefits.

- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating process excellence status, benefits delivered, and recommendations for future improvements.

- Support change managementefforts by assisting with training and communication plans and facilitating the adoption of new processes and systems.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business transformation to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.

- To undertake ad hoc projects and duties as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.

Critical skills required:

- Strong analytical and organisational skills; able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving.

- Proven ability to drive change and implement transformation initiatives.

- Ability to work in tight deadlines fast paced environment.

- Knowledge and interestin learning about new technologies and strong project management background.

Critical knowledge required:

- Strong communication and influencing skills working with senior stakeholders.

- The candidate will need to build strong relationships with regional stakeholders with Business, Finance, Data and IT to prioritise and drive change in the context of the strategic business and technology initiatives. transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
