Process Excellence – BPM (Manufacture)

10+ Years with at least 5+ years experience in business process re-engineering / transformation engagements, performance improvement and analysis in Manufacturing sector.

- The role will involve leading a team of consultants, architecting innovative and value driven business consulting solutions, , ability to manage relationships with clients at CXO levels, techno commercial understanding, number orientation and tremendous self-confidence and exceptional communication skills, strong domain knowledge of either of the following industry verticals

- Manufacturing (Automotive, Aerospace, Hitech & Consumer Electronics, Semiconductors, Computer Software, Industrial & General Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing )

- The role's responsibilities are chiefly divided between business development / sales, thought leadership, delivery of consulting engagements and solutions, so offers broad potential for creating a strong impact and opportunity to make a significant contribution

- Role will involve developing strong relationships with various Client CXOs and with internal BDMs to drive sales numbers for the practice

- Would be partially billed in leading engagements / monitoring consulting engagements / business development

- Would be responsible for building relationships with customer senior management to be able to grow business with the clients

- An expert in Business Process Improvement / Optimization domain and should be able to represent WCS by presenting in different industry forums

- The role will require frequent traveling (60%-100%) and possible relocation to Geos like US, UK, EU, ANZ etc

- The role will involve mentoring and managing a core team of consultants (size 4-10)

Tools /Methodologies

The candidate should possess specific, deep and demonstrated expertise in the following skills / experiences profiles:

- Experience of Leading 10+ Process Improvement Engagements with tangible Business Benefits in Manufacturing Industry

- End to End BPR / BPM Solution Implementation Expertise

- Well versed with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

- In – depth understanding of core processes in Manufacturing Industry (Supply Chain and Operations, Product Life Cycle Management, Order Management, CRM, PRM, Production Planning & Execution, Inventory and Material Management, Logistics Management, Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Shop Floor Operations, Record to Report, Forecast to Stock, Inventory to Fulfill etc. )

- Thorough understanding of Manufacturing Formats (ex. Make to Stock, Make to Order, Engineer to Order) and Trends Tools (like Lean Manufacturing, PPAP, APQP, RFID, IMCR, CPFR, VMI, EDI, MES, Scada, Outsourced Manufacturing etc)

- Hands on experience of Large Scale Process Transformation initiatives for Manufacturing Organizations.

- Have a good experience and understanding of -

- global supply chains

- nuances of various Manufacturing models

- Understand the full BPM life-cycle from process mining, through design to case management implementation and execution

- Be a seasoned sales professional with proven BPM experience

- Experience and Skills in Business Process Architecture and Process Performance Management tools (ex: ARIS, MEGA, Solution Architect, Websphere, etc) will be a big advantage

- Certifications like CSCP/CIPM/SCOR-P/Six-Sigma/ Lean/ CPP
