Requirements
- Able to develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns.
- Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks.
- Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions.
- Capture and validate process inventory attribute details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Update any existing processes requiring further documentation at an activity level to ensure complete risk and control coverage
- Facilitate Risk and Control service modelling sessions to validate and update the service model and associated process inventory database
- Perform Risk Control Self-Assessment to ensure comprehensive risk and control identification against the business operating environment
- Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 14 years of Process Documentation / Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Banking Domain Experience (Good to have)
