Process Consultant - Global Consulting Firm - MENA Region - Contractual
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and update internal processes across the following support functions:
- HR and Admin.
- Finance and Procurement.
- IT and Cybersecurity.
- Strategy Planning and Performance.
2. Draft Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the identified support functions.
3. Ensure processes align with the UAE government's specific requirements for public entities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and validate updated processes.
5. Engage with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of new processes.
Qualifications:
1. Experience working with government or public entities, ideally in the UAE.
2. Strong functional expertise in Finance, HR, and Procurement processes.
3. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
4. Proven experience in process design and development of SLAs.
This opportunity will be initially on a contract for 3 months with the client. The consultant will be required to relocate to Dubai, UAE for this role.
