What We Are Looking For?

- You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent aligned with the company's goals and culture.

- We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What You'll Do?

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs for various departments.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for technical, managerial, and leadership roles.

- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team, department heads, and leadership.

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to improve their performance, enhance sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of results.

- Focus on candidate experience, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment while planning sustainable recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.

Must have:

- 5-8 years of End-to-End recruitment experience with an MBA Degree in HR background (preferred).

- Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with leadership teams.

- Expertise in recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented with a track record of delivering on hiring targets.

- Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

- High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
