A digitally native clinic for women, Proactive For Her, offers accessible, personalised and confidential healthcare solutions for women's outpatient health concerns across life stages - from puberty to menopause.
- Location: Bangalore
- Work hours: 9 am to 7 pm
- Full-time opportunity (Monday to Sunday with 1 week off)
Note: Saturdays & Sundays will be work from home
Women and prior experience working in healthcare for inside sales preferredAbout the role:- We are looking for an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Team Lead to join Proactive For Her, a rapidly growing women's healthtech start-up in Bangalore.
- The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible to work with the Inside Sales team to increase conversion rates and support the team in day-to-day activities.
Specifically, the Insides Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
1. Monitoring team performance and doing daily check-ins with them
2. Tracking data on lead inflow, conversion rates, revenue, among others on a consistent basis and providing insights to manager on how to improve it
3. Directly calling customers/leads to convert and understanding reasons for not converting
4. Providing weekly one-on-one training to each team member on improvement and tracking improvement
5. Interacting with customers via Whatsapp through the CRM platform
6. Identifying different systems/process changes Proactive can make to increase the likelihood of conversion
