- A Banking Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the wealth customers and ensuring value added services.
- Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Responsible for deepening the existing relationships by cross selling of Bank's products and Services/ third party investment products.
- Increasing customer engagement through other non-investment products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc.

- Providing Financial Solutions:
- The primary responsibility involves offering personalized financial solutions to high net-worth individuals and ensuring that these solutions align with the customer's financial goals and objectives.
- Increasing Liabilities Size: One of the main objectives is to increase the liabilities size of the relationship by encouraging customers to maintain higher balances in their accounts. This could involve strategies such as promoting savings accounts, fixed deposits, or other investment products offered by the bank.
- Enhancing Customer Profitability: Relationship Managers aim to enhance customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the customer's financial transactions. This could involve cross-selling the bank's products and services, as well as third-party investment products, to maximize the revenue generated from each customer.
- Deepening Existing Relationships: Building strong and lasting relationships with customers is essential.
