Position: Private Wealth Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Selling & Relationship Management:
- Leverage distributor relationships to drive concept selling across the region.
- Achieve product-level targets for specified equity and debt products.
- Create a positive environment to promote product-specific agendas.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge updates for internal employees.
- Ensure consistency in the sales team's pitch and product-related information.
Distributor Engagement:
- Hold regular meetings, huddles, or conference calls with distributors.
- Articulate product benefits and market outlook effectively.
- Simplify capital market concepts for better understanding.
Sales Team Collaboration:
- Work with the sales team to include Distribution & Exchanges (D & E) counters in branch visits.
- Increase distribution spread and enhance the product mix with the sales team.
Feedback & Market Insights:
- Provide critical feedback for business activities based on branch visits.
- Offer feedback on branch distribution, team performance, and customer service.
- Support the creation of simplified communication for focused products.
- Provide market feedback on competition and product positioning.
Investor Relations:
- Accompany Sales Relationship Managers (RMs) on visits to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) and Key Family Offices.
- Manage and closely interact with UHNIs in the region to address their specific needs.
Product & Market Feedback:
- Communicate investor and distributor queries to the Investments team.
- Offer feedback on competition, product positioning, and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in private wealth management or a similar financial role.
- Strong track record in concept selling and meeting product targets.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of equity and debt products.
- Familiarity with capital markets and investment strategies.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct training and knowledge sessions effectively.
- Strong relationship management and distributor engagement skills.
