High Net Worth Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers to increase liabilities (deposits) and other banking products.
- Provide personalized service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with bank policies.
Cross-Selling:
- Cross-sell existing bank products and services to HNW customers based on their financial needs and goals.
- Inform customers about new products or enhancements to deepen their banking relationship.
Sales Initiatives and Events:
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives, events, or seminars targeted at prospective and existing HNW clients to promote banking products and services.
Coordination with Group Companies:
- Collaborate with other group companies within the organization to provide seamless access to a wider range of banking and financial products.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and preferences to effectively manage and strengthen banking relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Customer Service and Complaint Management:
- Track and manage customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor turnaround times for resolving customer issues and implement improvements as needed.
- Expertise in Mutual Funds and Insurance:
- Possess knowledge of Mutual Funds (MF) and Insurance products, which is advantageous in providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to customers.
Customer Orientation:
- Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach in all interactions and transactions with HNW clients, ensuring their financial needs are met effectively
