The role of a Wealth Manager is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive client development, prospecting, and financial consultancy.
- Self motivated individual with strong entrepreneurial skills.
- Deep knowledge of all aspects of wealth/private banking activities.
- Developing strategy and implementing process and team development that enhance the achievements of business objectives catering to HNI and UHNI net worth individuals of family offices.
- Proactively source, acquire and expand high-value customer relationships by maximizing sales and service opportunities.
- Build & manage the HNI/UHNI clients (individuals and corporates) advising them on all investment and financial needs
- Partner with clients on an ongoing basis to understand their business needs and objectives
- Enhancement of portfolio size and wallet share of existing clients with strict adherence to compliance
- Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition with prospects
- Provide regular value-added engagement to client
- Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets
- Ensure optimal Product Penetration including fee based advisory
- Monitor and Drive consistent business with Clients
- Maintain the Market Mapping for each client
- Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new client
