Role & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

- Identify potential new clients and work with them to establish and grow relationships.

- Acquire ultra high net-worth clients (UHNI) through natural market, open market activities, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients to manage their wealth effectively.

- Build and manage an existing book of clients, ensuring their financial needs and goals are met.

Financial Advisory and Client Consultation:

- Proactively advise and consult with clients, explaining available financial services, investment options, and associated risks.

- Understand the financial needs and risk appetite of clients to recommend suitable products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products, equity, AIF, Real Estate, life insurance, and general insurance.

Market Research and Knowledge:

- Stay informed of market conditions and conduct thorough research to identify opportunities that meet private banking revenue goals.

- Keep current with market updates, financial news, and relevant legislation and regulations affecting banking and customer interactions.

Portfolio Management:

- Closely monitor client account performance to ensure positive outcomes and alignment with client goals.

- Analyze client portfolios, provide comprehensive financial planning, and advise on asset allocation.

Revenue Generation:

- Achieve targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through various investment products.

- Generate fee income by selling investment, insurance, and other banking products to private banking clients.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain knowledge and understanding of appropriate legislation and regulations.

Service Delivery:

- Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships, fulfilling all banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the Bank.

- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:


- Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

- Years of Experience 10- 15 years

- Should have independently created AUM of 250 - 500 cr.

- Should have earned Revenue of 2 cr or more independently

- Experience in understanding the financial needs of diverse clients.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Comprehensive understanding of banking and lending products.

- Proven track record in business development and marketing.

- Existing book of clients and strong relationships in the local market.

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills.

- High orientation towards service delivery and execution.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations effectively.
