An ideal candidate must have:
Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in Private Wealth Management/Private Banking.
Portfolio: AUM: 200-250 Cr
Revenue: Average Revenue Generation: INR 1-2 Cr annually
Education Qualification: Required: MBA (Finance) from Tier I / II institutes only
Good to have certifications: AMFI Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional), CAIIB, IRDA
Key Responsibilities:
As a BD - Private Wealth Banker, you will be responsible for providing expert investment advice and tailored financial solutions to high net worth clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored financial solutions. Identifying potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
Investment Advice: Providing expert investment advice and recommendations to clients, taking into account their risk tolerance and financial goals. You should have the ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities, and constraints.
Wealth Management: Offering wealth management services, including portfolio management, tax planning, and estate planning, to help clients build and preserve their wealth. You should have knowledge of various financial products like mutual funds, direct equity, structured products, insurance, asset allocation, bonds and derivatives. Additionally, having an outstanding personal and professional network within the Ultra HNI/HNI segment will be highly valued.
Risk Management: Assessing and managing the risk associated with clients' portfolios, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Sales and Business Development: Generating new business and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients to grow the portfolio and meet sales targets.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Technology Driven Mindset: Having a strong grasp of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial for the role.
Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines.
