Private Equity/Venture Analyst - Fundraising - Pharma & Life Sciences

We are seeking a venture analyst to assist in fundraising, merger & acquisition for existing business in Pharma life sciences space.

Prior experience of PE funds with sell side experience is MUST. Should have successful track record of raising funds through PE of over $ 5 -$20 Million.

Responsibilities will include :

- Positioning the portfolio with VCs/angels for representing companies for equity stake against investments.

- Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for raising private equity capital (Private Placement Memorandum, data room, pitch book, due diligence questionnaire, deal tracker, etc.)

- Prepare fund models for fundraising opportunities (financial modeling, debt financing etc)

- Understand due diligence requests from prospective investors, research and gather necessary information and prepare an comprehensive response

- Create high impact presentation materials using PowerPoint; ability to understand the goal of the presentation and create the necessary material to accomplish the goal

- Work enthusiastically to achieve target levels.
