Private Equity Analyst - Buy Side - Impact Investment Fund

Your role:

- As a Private Equity Analyst, you will play a vital role in the development of our Fund. You will actively contribute to the further development of the private equity investment portfolio of the fund by working with the Investment Principals to source and screen suitable equity investment pipeline opportunities across Asia.

- You will also build a network in South and South-East Asia to facilitate deal sourcing and relationship building with potential clients and other stakeholders such as co-investors and network players.

- You will analyze financial statements and assess financial projections, perform due diligence, risk assessments, and equity valuations, and prepare and present Investment Committee proposals.

- Additionally, you will participate in negotiating and structuring terms and conditions of equity investments (via shareholder documents and term sheets) and monitor the equity investment portfolio of W2AF Asia, effectively assisting the Investment Principal in achieving exits from equity stakes.

- You will also be responsible for keeping abreast of economic, financial, and political developments in the region.

Must haves:

- should have 2-3 years of PE/VC investment experience of having deployed capital in completed transactions.

- should hold a Chartered Accountant or MBA or an equivalent master's degree in business or finance and possess excellent business analysis and accounting and/or financial skills.

- should be willing to travel up to 50%-60% of the time across Asia and have a passion for impact investing
