Role: Private Equity Analyst / Associate

Company: A leading Private Equity Firm

Location: Mumbai

Experience : 1-4 years in Private Equity fund or an Investment Bank

Qualification: MBA from Top 15 ranked B-School(India) or CA (rank holder) or Top 50 Global B-School -- CFA add-on preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present investment analyses and recommendations to the Investment Committee

2. Perform investment due diligence and transaction execution

3. Review and negotiate transaction and other legal documents

4. Source new investment opportunities

5. Conduct primary market research

6. Develop frameworks for continued improvements across the investment process

7. Work closely with the broader organization including in finance, internal restructuring, legal and operations functions

Experience and Qualifications:

a] 1-4 years- experience with fundamental analysis at an investment bank or similar, or via relevant coursework or/and internships

b] Strong written and oral communications skills

c] Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities

d] Excellent academic credentials
